Delivery Information for Lasita Maja Range and Lasita Maja Bespoke Cabins |

|
Lasita Maja cabins are delivered direct to the customer on a large truck from the UK Midlands warehouse. Cabins are normally unloaded from the truck with an on board small crane (HIAB). (There may be rare exceptions where hand unloading is the only option, but this would be discussed in advance.) |

|
Delivery is between 7.30am and 6.00pm, and deliveries are not timed, but the haulier may be able to give you an indication of AM/PM. |

If the property is not suitable for delivery by a large (builder's merchants style) delivery truck please let us know. Please call to discuss any delivery problems before placing an order, as we may be able to help you to find a solution. |

|
Delivery is to kerbside at the nearest accessible place. The driver may enter your property to deliver the pallets if you request it, but he is not obliged to do so if he feels that access is not suitable. We are not liable for any damage made by the driver to your property, or any neighbouring property. |

If there is no access to your property the driver will deliver the pallets onto the highway, as close to your property as possible. It is the customer's responsibility to unwrap the pallets and transport the logs etc. by hand into their property. |

If it is impossible to deliver even to kerbside, the driver will take the cabin back to the depot. In this case there will be an extra charge for a re-delivery to another location. |

|
Delivery to mainland England and Wales is normally included in the price of the cabin, however, deliveries to Scotland postcodes will be quoted for individually. |
